Minsk hosted the II Legal Forum, which brought together over 300 participants: lawyers, business representatives, government agencies and professional community. The main goal of the event was to discuss the key challenges facing the legal system and exchange practices to address them.

Topics discussed

The forum touched on topical issues:

• transformation of legal regulation in the context of digitalisation;
• compliance and legal risk management practices;
• legal support for foreign economic activity;
• regulation in IT, AI and cross-border logistics.

Special attention was paid to the role of lawyers in business - not as controllers, but as strategic partners.

RTL Alliance participation

Among the speakers was Maxim Dodolev, representative of RTL Alliance. In his report, he shared the company's experience in legal support of international transport, spoke about the risks and legal barriers faced by logistics companies, and emphasised the importance of legal expertise in the supply chain.
