Minsk once again became a point of attraction for the country's business community.
The conference ‘Rocket Growth Strategy’ - a large-scale event that brought together entrepreneurs, managers and experts from all over Belarus - was held in the walls of the Beijing Hotel.
There was no room for abstractions at the event - only real cases, clear tools and working approaches. We discussed what growth leaders really care about:
- how to get out of operations and not lose control;
- what management models work in crisis and scaling;
- what is mature management in the new economy.
