On 31 March at DoubleTree by Hilton, together with MTBank and Webcom Group, we analysed manipulation practice and cases of complex negotiations. And the RTL Alliance customer service specialist took the 1st place in the fights. For the second year in a row RTL team members have won the negotiation duels.

This confirms the high level of training of our specialists and constant development of the key skill - the art of negotiation.
